Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of acepyqs.in and acePYQs services operated by RIBHA Edutech Solutions ("acePYQs", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing Premium or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and our applicable policies. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Independent educational platform

acePYQs is an independent educational and examination-preparation platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or an official service of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), any State Public Service Commission, or any other government examination authority. References to examinations and examination bodies are descriptive.

Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably required to create and maintain your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by a security failure attributable to acePYQs. Access is personal and must not be sold, transferred or shared in a manner that circumvents product restrictions.

Educational use and content

Questions, explanations, solutions, analytics, Current Affairs, reports, recommendations and other learning material are educational aids. We work to maintain useful and accurate content, but errors, omissions or differing interpretations may occur. acePYQs does not guarantee any examination rank, score, qualification, selection or other outcome. Where accuracy is material, learners should consult the relevant official examination notification, question paper, answer key or other authoritative source.

Study Assistant and AI-assisted features

The Study Assistant, AI tutor and AI-assisted explanations provide supplementary learning support. Generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose and should not be treated as an official answer or professional advice. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, health information or other unnecessary sensitive information. We may impose reasonable usage limits or modify, suspend or discontinue AI-assisted features for quality, cost, safety, maintenance or availability reasons.

Free practice and Premium

acePYQs may provide selected practice functionality without payment and reserve additional features for Premium users. The availability and scope of free and Premium features may evolve as the product develops. Changes will not retrospectively reduce any mandatory consumer rights.

Premium is offered at the public launch price of ₹99/year until 25 October 2026 at 11:59 PM IST and ₹299/year thereafter, payable once for one year of access. The launch offer has no user cap. Premium does not currently renew automatically. Access begins after successful payment verification, is personal and non-transferable, and remains subject to these Terms. The server-confirmed amount shown before you authorise payment is the applicable purchase price.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Payments are processed through our payment provider and are subject to successful verification. acePYQs does not store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials. Refunds, failed-payment handling and cancellation terms are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse acePYQs. Prohibited conduct includes sharing or reselling account access; systematically scraping or extracting the service or question bank; reproducing, republishing, selling or redistributing protected acePYQs content without permission; circumventing access, payment, security or rate-limit controls; using automated requests in a manner that disrupts or burdens the service; attempting unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data; introducing malicious code; or using the service for unlawful activity. We may take proportionate action, including restricting or suspending access, where reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, security threats or material breach of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The acePYQs brand, software, interface, original explanations, analytics, reports, compilations and other original materials are owned by or licensed to RIBHA Edutech Solutions and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Government examination questions, official materials, third-party names and other third-party content remain subject to the rights, status and terms applicable to those materials. Use of acePYQs does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed in connection with acePYQs, including account information, learning activity, report requests, marketing choices, payments, analytics and support. By using acePYQs you acknowledge that such processing will occur as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law. Where consent is legally required, it will be sought separately as appropriate.

Service availability and changes

We may update content, features and technical systems for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product improvement. Temporary interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We will not use this provision to exclude obligations or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using acePYQs at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, unlawful activity, material misuse or material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate and practicable, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable law changes. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date. If a change materially affects an existing paid service or requires additional consent under applicable law, we will take appropriate steps before applying it.

Any dispute-resolution provision is subject to mandatory consumer, data-protection and other rights available under applicable law.
