Privacy Policy
Effective date: 22 September 2026
RIBHA Edutech Solutions, trading as acePYQs ("acePYQs", "we", "us" or "our"), operates acepyqs.in. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process, why we process it, how it may be shared, how long it is retained, and the choices available to you. For privacy questions or grievances, contact contact@acepyqs.in or write to B2/1502, Raunak City, Adharwadi, Kalyan – 421301, Maharashtra, India.
Personal data we process
Depending on how you use acePYQs, we may process your name, email address and account identifiers; authentication information received from sign-in providers; report and download requests; marketing-consent records; practice attempts, scores, bookmarks, revision activity, notes and other learning activity; Premium entitlement and payment/order references; support communications; questions submitted to the Study Assistant or AI-tutor features; and technical or session information reasonably required to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
Our first-party website analytics may use a pseudonymous visitor identifier and page/event information to understand use of the website. This identifier may be associated with your account when you sign in. We do not intentionally store IP addresses or device fingerprints in our first-party analytics tables. We do not store your card number, UPI PIN, bank credentials or other payment credentials; payment processing is handled by the payment provider.
Purposes of processing
We process personal data only for specified purposes connected with acePYQs, including creating and authenticating your account; providing PYQ practice and saving progress; generating dashboards, revision tools and learning analytics; delivering requested reports; activating and administering Premium access; processing and reconciling payments; providing support; preventing fraud, abuse and security incidents; maintaining and improving the service; complying with applicable legal obligations; and sending necessary transactional or service communications.
Marketing communications and consent
Where marketing is optional, it is separate from the processing needed to provide the resource or service you requested. For example, when you request a free report, your email is used to deliver that report whether or not you separately choose to receive promotional communications. Promotional emails are sent only where you have provided the relevant consent or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
You may withdraw marketing consent at any time using an unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication, where available, or by emailing contact@acepyqs.in. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal and does not prevent us from sending essential account, security, payment or service messages where those messages are necessary to provide the service or comply with law.
AI and Study Assistant features
Questions or other text you submit to AI-assisted features may be processed by service providers used to generate a response and protect the service from misuse. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identification numbers, health information or other information that is unnecessary for your learning request. AI-generated guidance may be inaccurate and should be independently verified where appropriate.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate acePYQs. These may include Supabase for authentication, databases and storage; Razorpay for payment processing; hosting and email providers for application and communication delivery; n8n for authorised workflow automation; and AI providers for Study Assistant or AI-tutor functionality. They may process personal data only to the extent reasonably necessary for the relevant service, subject to their applicable terms, privacy commitments and our configurations. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, lawful process, or where reasonably necessary to protect users, acePYQs or the security and integrity of the service.
Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution and legal-record requirements. Different categories may therefore have different retention periods. When personal data is no longer required for an applicable purpose or legal obligation, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it. Backup copies may persist for a limited period until they are overwritten in the ordinary backup cycle.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us for information about the personal data we process about you, request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion where applicable, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and raise a grievance about our processing of your personal data. To make a request, email contact@acepyqs.in from the email address associated with your acePYQs account where possible. We may take reasonable steps to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it.
Account deletion
You may request deletion of your acePYQs account and associated personal data by contacting contact@acepyqs.in. Deletion may not immediately remove information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or other lawful purposes. Where data is retained for such a purpose, its use will be limited accordingly.
Grievance redressal
For a privacy complaint or question about how your personal data is processed, contact our authorised privacy contact at contact@acepyqs.in with the subject line "Privacy Grievance". Please include enough information for us to understand and respond to the issue, but do not email passwords or payment credentials. We will review privacy grievances and respond within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable law. Where applicable, you may also exercise remedies available under Indian data-protection law.
Children
acePYQs is presently designed primarily for competitive-examination learners. If a feature or examination category is offered to users who are children under applicable Indian data-protection law, we may apply age-appropriate safeguards and obtain verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian where required. Children should not provide personal data beyond what is necessary to use an age-appropriate service.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect personal data, including authentication, access controls, database security controls and measures intended to prevent misuse. No online service or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If we become aware of a personal-data breach, we will take steps required under applicable law.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as acePYQs, our data practices or applicable law changes. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date. Where a change materially affects how we process personal data or consent is required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent as required by applicable law.
